How do I return something or request a refund?
It depends on where you bought it. If you bought on Amazon: returns go through Amazon. Open Your Orders in your Amazon account and select the item. Return windows and eligibility vary by product and seller.
If you bought from the product’s own website: your order confirmation email has the seller’s contact details and refund instructions. Refund terms are set by that seller, so check what came with your order.
